Martin has 30+ years in construction, he joined ON Construction in 2023, leading our brickwork teams with professionalism, precision and a strong focus on programme delivery. Martinu2019s leadership has been instrumental in achieving significant recognition on sites, including NHBC Regional Award Winners 2024 and the NHBC Seal of Excellence 2025, a clear testament to his skill, consistency, and ability to deliver exceptional results.
